  5. I noticed when I am in shavasana I tend to envision my breath is water and every breath is a wave that goes over my body. I used to struggle to find calm but since starting to do daily yoga I feel much calmer. Thank you

  9. When I got into mountain pose with my eyesd closed I felt like the room around got more spacious. The tv with the video seemed further away but lit brighter then before. My whole body was relaxed and I never felt this much stillness and peace in my life. Thank you so much for being an amazing teacher Adriene 💗

  10. I was feeling a little off so decided I needed to work on my foundation, found this great beginner class and I feel so much better now. It iwas nice to get back to the basics and get myself reset! I will be coming back to these again. Thanks Adriane you have made my life so much better since I found your videos.

  11. Thank you Adrienne, for this video. I’ve been coming back to it again and again over the last four years as I recover from illness and then surgery more recently. I’m so delighted with myself today because I can do the full session in quite a floaty way, feeling stronger and more flexible in these last four weeks. Yay!!

  12. I've really enjoyed doing this video over the past 3 weeks to introduce myself to yoga…I was surprised with how flexible I still am! I now feel ready to progress onto a new video but I'm not quite sure which to do or whether to move onto a 30 days of yoga series. Any recommendations on a good next step? Thank you 🙂

  14. I'm usually the type of guy who can't even bend properly. But I started with your beginner video and I felt good doing it. Tho some parts I did struggle. I usually gym alot in comparison but been a slug since lock down.
    Gonna try doing 1 yoga sessions a day from now on

  15. I have two herniated disks in my lower back, and these videos have been so helpful to stretch out all of the muscles that have gone ‘dormant” for the past 10 years since I got injured. I am new to yoga and your videos have been a godsend. You’re so calm, and descriptive so I don’t always have to be looking a my tablet to see what you’re doing (which is much appreciated). Thank you!!!
