I'm retarted 😂 like I don't know how to work out I be having the wrong body positions and format for example I'll do squats but my knees will go over my feet or I'll do push-ups and my back will Arch just weird things I need someone to help me work out and teach me how to put my body in the right positions

  2. Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost lots of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  3. Hearing " you eat or not? Watch out you might fly away " sarcastic comments since my 12th gred is so sickening and it took of my confidence so many times. Being 1.7m and 36 kg, it's like impossible to gain weight. Finally got a proper guidance. Hope this works🤞

  4. Im so skinny but I didn't care about it until my friends started "joking" since I don't have what other girls have .. u know? And they kept comparing me with my best friend since she is thick and idk i just started feeling insecure and hated my self so much i really want to gain weight I just hate people comments they just make u weak
