1. It seems very easy and quick exercise, but you'll feel pain when you actually do this. And after 10, 12 repitation, you are like please stop somebody help me. 😙😂😂

  2. My arms are thin compared to my rest of the body parts, it's bulgy . How many months would it take to get rid of the flabby arms? I have been doing yoga and weight lifting from the past 1 month.
