  1. Aapse main Janna chahta hu ki jab gents gym karta hai to kyon uska chest banta hai aur hand ca massless banta hai lekin jab lady gym karti hai tab uske chest aur hand ca muscles Nahin banta aisa kyon hota Hai

Hello sir ji muje 3 month pehle collar bone fracture hua tha abhi thik hai, hands movement bhi kafi thik hai , halka sa pain hai , mai gym workout karti hu lakin abhi 3 month se bandh hai ,to mera fracture thik hone k bhad gym mai uper body k liye kon sa workout kar sakte hai ? pls sir ji reply kijiyega
