1. This abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is worth a try for men who would like to get six pack abs but haven`t achieved the goal right after attempting many procedures. I just did the same workout routines day by day and this was why I got Six pack abs after follow this course of action. The to 13 Ab plans provided in this book are very useful.

Glad you like the workout guys 🙂 look out for the new one next week. @Tara Swain – the routine starts easy and gets progressively harder as it goes on, if you're finding anything too difficult just go as far as you can and then start from the beginning again – after a few weeks you should be able to complete more/all of the workout as your abdominal muscles adapt/develop.
