Glad you like the workout guys 🙂 look out for the new one next week. @Tara Swain – the routine starts easy and gets progressively harder as it goes on, if you're finding anything too difficult just go as far as you can and then start from the beginning again – after a few weeks you should be able to complete more/all of the workout as your abdominal muscles adapt/develop. Hope this helps x
