Very informative , well explained about intermittent fasting , yes as doctor said our body require fat and protein than carbs , if we take only proteins and fats in our food definitely we can reduce our weight as well you feel strong and active.along with diet we need exercises to our body atleast 45min walk every day . initially it might be difficulty to avoid carbs like rice later we will get used for this diet . thank you doctor for your valuable suggestions
