  1. Hi Sir. I am big fan of u. Sir I have lost almost 5kg during this lockdown by following home workout. I am almost 40.i want increase my biceps as well as chest! Before lockdown I was 72 approx and now it came down to 66.is it possible without dumbbells!

  3. Hello sir.. Right now due to availability of ample time right now.. I am performing workout at both morning and evening. In morning cardio, abs and in evening acc to your home gains exercise. Can u please help what should be taken before and after workout respectively
