1. Could this be used as my upper body workout in my workout schedule or is this not a good one for that. You see what I am planning to do is use these for my monday, Wednesday and friday workout with lower body workout in tuesday and thursday

  7. Conor, This workout is a killer but I love it. The fact that you struggle with it makes me feel better about my own attempt to go thru it. Too many times you have people making it look so easy. Appreciate your enthusiasm and motivation.

  8. Top training and moreover top motivating : you show youurself naturally, on contrary of other youtubers that cut the videos so that we don't see them in pain.
    The fact that it's hard for you shows : first of all that it's normal to suffocate while working out lol, and on the other hand that "you're a normal human like us all".. I see some of the youtubers as workout-machines and can't indentify myself to them..
    However, hell yeah I'll keep following you on other workouts ! Thanks a lot man !
