  4. Loved this video! I’m definitely a beginner.. I did 2 sets and decided I was too tired but after 15 mins I got up and made myself so the rest and I was glad I did. I think I started off too strong I guess I need to slow down and work my way up

  5. Completed the workout. Yay me. I am in a battle of muscle soreness for the last couple of days. Tried the advanced workout but it’s too advanced for me yet. Even though this one was beginners workout I am sweating. But love it. Thank you master Joe. 🀩πŸ’ͺπŸ₯³πŸ˜‚
