    Day 1~ pretty easy despite me working out before, but I do feel as tho it is working.
    Day 2~ i really felt the burn.

  4. If only I had a car lol I take the cab to the store. Lifting the groceries is enough workout for the day but this is workout 11 Ok so 2 vids were warmup videos and last week I didn't excerise at all due to an injury. But less talk more do!
