  3. These workouts are perfect for someone who has adult ADHD. LOL. I get so bored. I am a huge fan of HIIT, Tabata, and weighted workouts 5-6 times a week. You are the perfect addition. I love your creative ideas and how you "mix" things up. Way to go. You are a gift at this challenging time…..
