1. My ballet teacher recommended this for the summer well I don’t have dance! I’ve been using it for a few years now and really helps when I don’t have dance to stay in “shape”! I would recommend even if you don’t do dance really helps you stay strong or get stronger!

  3. I am having great difficulty w the push-up. I can only go down about an inch. What is the best way to improve shoulder strength. Love your videos, you are a great teacher and you are very thorough in your explanations. So I don't have to keep looking at the video

  4. I really liked this ballet workout. It wasn't too difficult and in a good pace. Good explanations and modifications. My back wasn't always flexible enough to sit up straight, but that is something to work on for me. Nice video, well done.

  5. Great descriptions of the movements, I was able to follow and enjoyed the workout. I am definitely going to incorporate several of these exercises into my warm ups.
