  1. I wish I would have found your workouts so much sooner!! I've been at home since mid March and the other videos I have been working out to are nothing compared to yours. Can't imagine the progress I could have seen by now! (and I'm almost 60!)

  2. As suggested, this does go great with the Muffin Top (or any quick core workout) for days when you want to get your workouts done quick but still get something useful done. Thanks PJ!

  3. Hi. Just recently found your channel. Becky from the uk, near Stonehenge. I have bad knees so arm and shoulder exercise are good for me
    In your opinion what size weight dumb bells are good to start off with to strenghthen the arms? They usually sell them in a case of 3 different weights here in the uk.
