    Breakfast: Chapattis (2) – Buckwheat Flour Roti / Makhe ki Roti + Ghee ( 1 spoon )+ Dry Sabzi + Tea ( No Sugar )
    Mid Day – 4-5 almonds / 2 Walnuts ( soaked )+ Mango (1/2)

  4. bt mam weight loss krne k bad kya hum fir se normal atte ki roti sbj i kha skte hai..fir aisa krne se hmara weight increase to nhi hoga??..ya fir hmesha hi isi diet pe rshna hoga?

  5. Hi sumanji me 34 sal ki hu mera wait 76kg he. Mera jyada vajan badhane se pregnensi ruk gai he. Pet ka bhag bahut ho gaya he. Wait kam he nahi Ho raha. Plese wait loss me meri help kijiye.
