  1. I really wish I had uncover the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks so far. Of course I exercise a few times a week, and also eat healthy. It showed incredible results for me. Certainly, this is highly recommended and I do wish this would deliver the results to you too since it did to me. .

  2. I’m working out everyday day in the gym and finishing with a quick swim and I get so exhausted but it’s totally worth it I look forward to my swim everyday I just love the water it’s like a treat for me

  3. Great work out regime and I think a hamstring standing curl or running heel to gluteus before leg extension will compliment work out. Curl 1st then extension 2nd to bring your legs back to balance just like arms, curl 1st triceps 2nd.

  4. I love your workouts!! I’m on vacation and I did it today at my hotels pool !!Most exercises werent that challenging except for the last one but still enjoyed it !!

  5. Good exercise work out as I already do Aqua class good video but do you not think this video might seem like Porn to Thos who think differently. I walk 🚶🏻 up & down in the pool to help stability & muscles. I have ASD & Epilepsy which causes my bones & muscles to go into spazams which then lead to my body been weak due to pain this workout helps in pool so I feel less weak when im having a seizure.

  6. Thank you so much for posting this. I am a weight lifter, but a back injury has me on the sidelines for a few months. I didn't want to start putting on weight again, but my chiro told me high impact movement is no good. He suggested working out inside a pool 🙂 this will be perfect.
