im uh 43 and my abs are pretty flat. Got thru your workout no problem.
I really needed this I didn't realize how much my core needed strengthening cudnt do some of the workouts but I'm determined to b able to do all💪

An issue I have is doing any type of bicycle movements causes my right hip to pop. It doesn't hurt, but it's really loud and makes me uncomfortable. I've had this problem for years and don't know what to do about it
