I downloaded this 3 yrs ago and it's still a hard workout to complete mainly cuz I've not been consistent but ive always wanted to ask, is this really yoga? Ofcourse these are yoga poses but are you suppose to hold poses for minutes on end? Does this not then become static exercises held for time? Why is it that only you do these long poses where others transition into another pose after 15 secs? Dont get me wrong i love the strength endurance aspect of it but I just am curious.

Are my arms supposed to be sore. Every time I do the planks, my arms and shoulder's get sore not my abs

I find it harder than I thought it would be, but in a good way. Thank you for a great session. By the way, where did you buy the shorts? They fit nice and above the knees, good for yoga. I can't find them anywhere
