1. I'm gonna do this for the first week of excercising, after that I will go jogging.
    I really hope that I can do this, and not be the idiot I am and be like "Oh no, I forgot to do my excercises for a week, guess that sucks. I mean it's already 8Pm, so I'm gonna do my excercises tomorrow".

  2. I feel both encouraged and discouraged by this. I was doing them wrong all this time but now I feel like it'll be way better now that I know how to properly squat. Thank you!

  3. Am I doing an exercise? I hold on the sink,squat down until my bum touches my heels and hold for 5 and pull myself up,,it is so hard,but I managed to do a few at a time..I need to strengthen my legs..
