I’m new to this channel I subscribed about 2-3weeks ago and I really enjoy the live workouts I think a live back workout would b fun other channels focus on lower back and upper back but in separate videos I’m still trying to find a good workout for upper mid and lower back; I have bad spine issues and doing I’m doing PT for several things but my therapist keeps telling me if I strengthen my back more it’ll help me recover from my other injuries. ILY so much and I’m actually able to get through the cardio with ease thanks to your energy and your doggie of course, I’m not miserable like I usually am with cardio I just don’t like it but I think I’m beginning to again so thank you for that as well!💜

  3. I have been doing her abs and legs workout and I tell you that I don’t even recognize my own body. This workout is definitely recommended. LOVE YOU LILY
