  1. I am gonna start from today lets see some changes at the end of 14day 😊😉
    Day 1…wow it really pain a lot ,some exercise i can do so easily but some are so difficult and at the same time so painful to me i didn't complete whole exercise somewhere i left while doing and rest cz its pain a lot
    I am gonna do it for 14days

  2. It's been 2.5 weeks since I started doing it. I have a serious thinning in my waist. I don't have a belly anymore. If I had reduced eating, I would get more serious results. Whatever, it's an amazing sport. I was having a hard time at first. Now I have no difficulty doing sports.

  3. Hii, just wanted to tell y'all that this is a really good workout! I did this for about 14 days and lost 2-3 cm (it was a while ago, i just forgot to write this :D) and my stomach definitely looks flatter 🙂

  4. You know what I tend to give up easily when workouts get tough. This time, I'm gonna hold myself accountable by commenting my progress. Let's do this !!

    Day 1: I'm sweating a lot. It's my first time and my form is not so good so I don't think I felt the burn to the max. But still very tiring, I struggled to complete this. Lucky I still did tho, did this workout twice

  7. i’m trying this May 28 – i really want to try this out i feel like it would be a good thing and would help with my health. i’m a little slim but i have a little bit of roles and i would like to see if this would help me flatten them out 🙂 i will keep u updated ! day 1- really tired but not that sweaty. kinda hard but it’s the first day so :). day 2- kinda hard still very sweaty but it’s starting to get little bit easy. still not seen very much difference. day 3- very sweaty but it’s starting to get easy and minutes starting to get by faster. not much difference yet

  9. I´m doing this for two weeks! I try to watch out for what i eat, but i dont have a diet. So i am going to keep you updated!
    Right now I have a 67 cm waist and I weight around 126 lbs

    Day 1: I died. Like I stopped the video multiple times, it feels like the stomach is going to explode. I can not do side planks

  10. i usually don’t share my progress in the comments when I do workouts. BUT THIS WORKOUT IS WORKING MIRACLES. I’m on day 3 and I already see my body changing. I’ve tried many workouts but I had never seen changes so quickly.

  12. ok I rlly liked this work out. I lost 2 inches in 3 weeks. I rlly do recommend this one better then chloe tings 2 week an workout. the 2 week chloe ting workout did make my tummy flat but it turned my body from⌛️ to 🚪

  13. Hey guys! I’m doing the exerxises and I’m trying to update !!
    I’m 43 kg
    Day 1- I didnt sweat much and it wasn’t really hard!
    Day 2- It def was harder than yesterday! I sweated more and my abs were kinda burning but my legs were more cause I went rollerskating!
    Day 3- hey guys! I sweated alot but my abs aren’t burning and idk why 🥺
    Day 4- I did some more than 10 min but I was sweating more and my abs ARE STILL not burning, Maybe I have to do more?
