  1. Love the workout! Just moved into an upstairs apartment. I am used to doing lots of plyo but this is also really good to throw in there especially when I don't feel like putting on a shirt and walking over to the gym.

  2. You have a wonderful workout and I feel very worked by your routine. My neighbors appreciate you too! No more loud thumping around. You should add stretching at the end. It makes a complete workout and it is honestly my favorite part of a workout 🙂

  3. It's a great workout when you travel! Even if you don't have a kettlebell and your room is super small, it's easy to do the exercises without equipment and modify them for a tiny space. I was doing this in a space that's probably about 2X2 meters without a kettlebell and it's still a killer. You can also stop at 15 or 30 minutes if you plan for a shorter workout. Highly recommended!

  5. She sounds like me when i do these, are we done yet, ooowww, except im not as fit as her, it makes me want to try it though because the instructor is in pain too, is that weird?
