  3. Guys. lost tons of fat doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular fat burn diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (search on google). Thanks to it I've lost lots of weight. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I do not really want lots of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood today so I'll share the wealth lol.

  5. it's not like ki ramzaan me senwaiya khana necessary hai…han eid pe bilkul banti hai but ramzan me aisa kuch nahi hai…or ye bhi necessary nahi ki bohat zada fats add karke hi banaya jaye…
