  1. thank you for this. i am so used to using your workout programs but recently struggled very hard with my ED that resulted in weakened bones and some muscle wastage. im sad to be working out at a lower level but still working out to fitness blender brings me comfort

  3. This is a silly question but how do i know which one of the calories at the bottom of the screen that i am burning? I know its different for every body bit i mostly dont do the mortifications i do the full work out. Im not sure how to figure out how many calories im burning every workout

  4. It’s amazing how effective it can be using body weight only. I am sweating and I’m getting the awesome endorphin rush- that’s when I know it’s been a good workout! Thank you!
