  2. Hi I started exercise sometime ago even though I exercise with other exercises video I enjoy them tae bo and walk away and this I enjoy it's nice simple easy to do I have a learning disability I'm 51 years old hopefully next year I may be doing special Olympics maybe swimming? Suzanne Rainen

I gained 1 pound during this period due to nervous tension, and to do this walk every morning in your company does me an extraordinary good. Grateful.

I know I keep saying the same thing, but this has been an especially stressful week with more bad news in this country (Nepal) and hard decisions (just finally canceled my flight to spend the summer with family in the US)… I was feeling it tonight and knew what I needed- a little movement with a little nature.   10. Love the indoor 1 mile walk! This is also perfect when it's cold, rainy, or snowing outside. I live in Chicago so we have very long winters.

    I am not a big exerciser but you make everything so fun (I wouldn't say they're easy!) And I am loving all the different workouts for various muscle groups! I've already lost over a stone and about 5 inches in 2 weeks! Thank you so much! Xx
