  3. Loved this. Just getting back into exercise after an abdominal op a couple of months back and I feel like this was perfect for getting my stomach muscles engaging again

  4. Cool video, good exercices. But the timing is completely off, balance between the reps is also lacking a bit, so for a beginner who does those over and over there will be quite some imbalance built up.
