1. Good fitness training but these are not main ab exercises .incidentally always inhale when contracting any muscles. Unfortunately this guy doesnt understand what the ab muscles are maily usec for ie.to bring the torso to the lower part of the body. The ab muscles in these exercises are being used as stabilizers…good luck anyway
