    Thank you for inspiring workouts.

    I am a man in his 50's who hadn't exercised in 15 years before I started your routines.

    My issue is that I have arthritis in my toes so exercises such as mountain climbers are very painful. Please could advise of alternatives for the reps that involve being on one's toes but have the same benefits on the abs.

  3. Hi Chris, I started today and really enjoyed the burn after round 4. I don’t get why everyone is whinging instead of telling the future visitors how effective this workout is also how long after doing this beginner w/o we shall switch to a more advanced one. Great music by the way, you are awesome 👏🏻🔥

  5. Great core workout!! I will add it to my training. and i can do it home without the gym, that is a plus. because the gym are closed right now. hahah but I'm from denmark and it is never crazy warm, soo will do this inside. 🙂
