1. Workout day number 2 this was not as hard as the first one I did. I did not go in order because I had my sister exercise with me and she did not like the other videos. Still ended up sweating a lot which is good. Currently I'm at 300 lbs even. I'm 6feet tall. My goal is a healthy lifestyle and better habits. Other that on that I would like to loose 60 lbs by my birthday September 29. Wish me luck lol

  2. Today is my first day trying your Beginner series. As a person who has not seriously exercised consistently in years, this cardio video was excellent…my arms were tired.
