1. I did the full warm up, this and the bodyweight upper body workout today. Feeling good. Can even do a bit more but after years out and recovery from major surgery I’m trying to pace myself.

    Thank you very much for these videos. They are helping tremendously through this time and hopefully I can develop a good enough routine to continue just as strong when I go back to my usual routine x

    I just love your videos & I'm doing the exercises every single day. I absolutely love your modified stuff too. Extremely useful since I'm not allowed to do high impact exercises because of my knee!
