  2. I admire your discipline. i wish I could do that too. Just curious, do models gets treatment like liposuction, mesotheraphy to reduce execessfat on their bodies so it would be picture perfect? Also why is that models during their time when they werenโ€™t models yet looks good I know thats why they became model but when they becoe officially models, thet turn into stunning people? Its like that the whole aura of a model become instant..Like if you see them on the road, you know they are models..but if they arenโ€™t into modelling they look just above average tall people only… Cause I also see good looking ordinary people but once you see models its different.. can you tell us whats the secret?

  3. But I canโ€™t rest 1-2mn because after I finished the first exercise, I already did use all my energy till its failure! If I rest 1-2 mn I canโ€™t even life a chair

  4. Hi. When you finish cable peck deck at 02:35, I am assuming last sets are done till muscle failure. How do you continue with cable chest flyes with break of just 1 min? For me if I do till failure, I will need atleast 3-4 mins to start the next similar muscle exercise. I am serious as the muscle does not come back online so quickly. ๐Ÿ™‚

    u r doing very great things .. i like ur model lifestyle videos . Two days before only i noticed ur videos but i like each and every videos of urs …u really motivate me become a model .

  9. Really?! i am starting to wonder who is god in your life? This looks more and more like a pride thing. The lust of the flesh seems to be your focus.
    Mat 6:24 โ€œNo one is able to serve two masters, for either he shall hate the one and love the other, or else he shall cleave to the one and despise the other. You are not able to serve Elohim and mammon.

    Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh. And these are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you desire to do.

    Rom 8:6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.

    Rom 8:7 Because the mind of the flesh is enmity towards Elohim, for it does not subject itself to the Torah of Elohim, neither indeed is it able,
    Rom 8:8 and those who are in the flesh are unable to please Elohim.

    You are on a slippery slope. Torah obedience is the answer, not your self indulgence.
