Shitty instructor. Not checking form on anyone and telling one NO WATER …… Ummmm no!!!! You always allow a water break. Especially when she said that these are beginners. Would be nice if she was more interested in the workout then looking cute in front of the camera.

Ahh wish they didn’t hold on to those bars 😒😒! Workout is more effective with hands OFF bars! Make those glutes WORK!! Great workout and instruction otherwise!

I just did this workout and man I loved it. I am not one to like to do cardio, but this one was challenging but fun.. I like lifting weights but I know I need a little cardio.. 😂❤️🙏🏼
Please make a workout for the elliptical too!

Love it!! the 30 min workout on the treadmill was great..l like it because it is just what l needed for my whole body. Your coaching is just right for the video, music was not loud and your voice was just right. I wish you make more.
