1. This is my first workout with you , Body Project team and I love it. I am amazad how the instructor can talk nonstop while I am struggling to catch my breath! Lols. Love the feeling post workout. Will do it again on tomorrow 😁

  2. At the 20 min mark i got a huge stich so i had to take a break for 2-3 minutes and then i kept pushing til the end. Woah that was intense

  4. I had to turn off the sound because I couldn’t stand the repetitive talking. Camera timing is poor. When we are switching quickly between moves we need to see the person with the plan, not the person who is following along. We lose time when we are watching her figure out the move instead of him. The workout itself was fine. Very very low impact. Some moves awkward, so you may get a better workout the second or third time you do it.

I loooove body project , you guys are so much fun and this video is so funny 😂, I was laughing the ALL time AND didn’t see the time pass by. “ it’s good” when she said that I lost my balance while laughing. Thank you and I lost weight because of you and my doctor is so proud of me , me too. ❤️

  6. Is this a good workout to loose weight I'm new to this just wanted to know if I should do this everyday or should I change sorry this is all new.
    I love these videos so motivational and fun just confused about regime and weight loss
