This is my first workout with you , Body Project team and I love it. I am amazad how the instructor can talk nonstop while I am struggling to catch my breath! Lols. Love the feeling post workout. Will do it again on tomorrow 😁

At the 20 min mark i got a huge stich so i had to take a break for 2-3 minutes and then i kept pushing til the end. Woah that was intense
I add on weights for extra intensity. Low impact but I’m sweating buckets. Tq❤️

I had to turn off the sound because I couldn’t stand the repetitive talking. Camera timing is poor. When we are switching quickly between moves we need to see the person with the plan, not the person who is following along. We lose time when we are watching her figure out the move instead of him. The workout itself was fine. Very very low impact. Some moves awkward, so you may get a better workout the second or third time you do it.
Fantastic trainer. I felt every bit of that the next day! Loved it and this channel. Others could learn a lot from his demeaner!
