I really appreciate these low impact no jumping HIIT workouts and I would love to see more of them. While I do enjoy weights I only have a few less than 10lb ones at home. I never thought I needed heavier ones until Covid-19 made working out at the gym significant health risk. i can't imagine at this point feeling safe going back to the gym with all those others working out and heavy breathing until we have a vaccine. I think I need to just bite the bullet and purchas some heavier dumbbells. Thank you for all that you do! You are indeed appreciated!

I live in a tiny share house, and I only really have my yoga mat's width to work with. So some of the moves I can't do, because my leg hits my bed or my closet. I'd love a few workouts for cramped spaces! I absolutely love your workouts. Thank you so much for your work xx

I hope to shed some unwanted lbs!!!I love how there are soooo many short videos to choose from. There is NO EXCUSE for me not to work out to at least one a day💕
