  2. I really appreciate these low impact no jumping HIIT workouts and I would love to see more of them. While I do enjoy weights I only have a few less than 10lb ones at home. I never thought I needed heavier ones until Covid-19 made working out at the gym significant health risk. i can't imagine at this point feeling safe going back to the gym with all those others working out and heavy breathing until we have a vaccine. I think I need to just bite the bullet and purchas some heavier dumbbells. Thank you for all that you do! You are indeed appreciated!

  3. I live in a tiny share house, and I only really have my yoga mat's width to work with. So some of the moves I can't do, because my leg hits my bed or my closet. I'd love a few workouts for cramped spaces! I absolutely love your workouts. Thank you so much for your work xx

  4. thank you very much for all the amazing workout videos i actually look forward to my exercises each day, and if the amount of sweat is any indication that im doing somenthing right well get ready for my summer beach body lol.

  6. You are great! I’m 50 years old and started working out to your videos. I must admit, I cannot keep up with you so thank you for the modifications! I hope to shed some unwanted lbs!!!
    I love how there are soooo many short videos to choose from. There is NO EXCUSE for me not to work out to at least one a day💕

  7. I'm new to exercising regularly (shameful at 41!), but your videos are really good fun and make me feel like i have actually done something! This one is my favourite, use it 3 times a week on average at the moment. Thank you so much! 🙂
