1. I have a bad left knee. I did try your exercises & seem to be ok so far. I only did sets of 10 for each exercise. Is that enough to for a beginner? Also, should I do this every day or every other day? Afraid of the one exercise (push ups) where you are on your knees might bother my knee. In any case, I will continue & if it bothers me, I will stop. Thank for your video. Hope to see tummy exercises as well where you don't use your knees. Tried the squads. Only did 10 & I can feel some discomfort in my left knee. Who knows, maybe it's because I never done any. Any input on this will be greatly appreciate. Keep up the good work & thank you for your video. My age is 56, so this old body needs all the help without pain. Thank You!
