  1. This is a really, really, REALLY appreciated video (excited to hear there's one preceding this, too!) Not only is the video itself wonderful but a lot of the comments are great and very helpful as well as encouraging…

    I think I've been struggling with anxiety about what I eat since I was a kid, and I didn't even realize it until much, much, MUCH later in my adulthood, just a few months ago. I'd literally stress and feel anxious about whatever I ate, I mean unless it was a salad or I opted to just eat a carrot (not even joking) I'd feel like I was literally eating nails because what I was eating made me fearful of being fat, or having stomach problems or causing inflammation or adding to my (supposed) SIBO, bad bacteria issues or killing off my good bacteria…I mean the list goes on for miles.

    I've been working at it for a few months but still find I have a lot of stress about it, so trying to work on that still…it's really, really, really difficult to deprogram your brain after decades of articles saying just about EVERYTHING is bad for you (even raw veggies, since if you have SIBO you can't digest those…oh and fruits because they have insoluble fiber or fructose or GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!) I mean I ended up not even eating at all for one year and I lost so much weight I pretty much scared everyone in my family…glad that's not the case anymore.

    Oop, I'm rambling…well anyways THANK you so much for this, this is such a godsend!

  2. Hi Julie, I was thinking again about what Abraham-Hicks says and you are so right. The other thing she says is to NOT take score or notice anything we don’t like and focus on what we want because when we notice what is “ our reality” we tend to get upset or worry that what we want isn’t coming. Dint take score until you notice something you want is occurring. 🙏🏻🌈

  4. This video is fantastic though. While I recently changed my nutrition plan, I'm going to allow myself to have more dessert during my weight loss plan. I thought the advice you gave about "setting intentions" before eating helped the most. I've personally lost 250 lbs over 5 weight loss cycles (50 lbs per cycle). While I worked hard during each of those cycles, my beliefs brought me back to the same weight every single time. Watching and changing the mental commentary you have about the food you eat (healthy or not) will make the difference. I knew I had to do something different this time, and engaging my belief systems will do exactly that

Hi juliet , i really appreciate your hard work and the info you give, but i had a question, can we really get rid of body disorders? like i have lipedema and i don't know what do, there are times where i think of suicide since i have done everything from extreme dieting and bone breaking excercise regimes, but it had never worked on my lower body , i'm so hopeless.

  6. I have a question, I've noticed from my friends who are aware about how to use the LOA. I've learned that when my friends get stressed and overwhelmed they cry and when they finish crying they start manifesting faster. My observation is that when they cry they are emptied of all the negative alignment and negative energy and they can realign quicker. Juliett, what is your opinion on this?

  8. Hi… I’ve been trying to loose weight since last 3 years. Nothing happened. I feel disappointed and depressed and low self esteem. I get comments from people around me saying that I’m not beautiful enough to attract someone in my life just because of my weight. I was so confident all this while. But now its not there anymore. This video gave me some hope. Thank you a lot for this.

I remember times in my life where I lost weight easily without doing anything… But as soon as I put stress on myself to eat super healthily and started beating myself up emotionally and mentally, that’s when I gained the most weight. I gained it so quickly that I had huge red stretch marks all over my body. I’m now learning to love myself again and be kind to myself. It’s tough, but it’s working ❤️ I let myself eat what I want, and be happy. The rest will follow 🙏

  10. Hi Juliet! I have two questions… I’m currently eating healthier and especially to breakfast, however it doesn’t fill me up as much as I’d like to. I grow hungry pretty quickly despite putting in protein powder and fruits into my breakfast. Is there any way I can go about LOA and make the food more filling?
    And also about changing belief patterns with out mind I’ve always wondered that our parents tells us “money is hard to make” “you have to work hard to get what you want” etc, but in reality with LOA, it isn’t hard right? It’s easy, effortlessly. How come our parents still teach us that as young children and we believe that and adapt that into our reality? How do I change my beliefs generally? ❤️❤️❤️
