  3. Hey susana…. I am doing your calander exercises started from May 1st..i felt so good after doing those excercises.. Just wanted to say that add some excercises on outer part thighs and chest back fat… I need to work a lot on those… Bye love and keep working on body workouts…

  5. Susana Mam.. i wanna reduce my lower legs fat, whenever i saw my calves area i feel like i have swelling on my legs.. kindly please make a video on how can i reduce calves
