1. So I am on my third day, I always do this before I go to sleep watching Netflix. My arms feels sore but I can see little changes. I also do other excercises for 30 minutes per day.

  2. I’ve been doing some of these arm workout I got from an app called Workout Women. It’s been a 4days now and I’m down 1 inch on both arms. I do it for 8mins per day. I’m also dieting too and losing a lot of weight so 😄

  3. You guys! I started 3 weeks ago. I just wanna say WOW. I am definitely seeing results!!! We must be persistent!! Roughly about 2-3 times a day, you will see results in 2 weeks! I’m so amazed. This is amazing!

    (right:36cm )

  5. I am guaranteed to have no arm fat left, because my arms might be falling off😂 I am on day 1 already did it twice (morning & afternoon) will hopefully keep up! It’s only 10 minutes out of my day so hopefully it gets easier!

    Day 1: hurt the most for me, I felt like the we’re going to fall off and was sore

    Day 2: A little better than first day a bit sore

    Day 3: Slight difference wrapped arms with Saran Wrap (have someone help you it’s easier) Arms measured 13cm each (wish I would measured first day) Less sore. It’s getting easier to do

    Day 4: Already seeing a bigger difference arms a little feel more firm and not feeling sore after exercises anymore

    Day 5: My arm boobs are toning up! I am hopeful and will continue to do for a month! I have been keeping up with doing 4 sets a day 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Drinking water only!

    It’s hard when you start doing them they get easier but it’s so worth it!

    Today done: It was so hard and my muscles got a bit sore. But hey, I did it. 🙂

    2nd day done: I can already tell this exercise is hella effective.

    3rd day done (forgot to update, sorry): My arm's getting sore. Like hella sore.

    4th day done: Can't explain how difficult it was. But I did it anyway so. 🙂

  7. Tried for 1 week already
    Right arm = 24.5 cm
    Left arm = 24.3 cm
    D2✔️Lil bit hurt, especially second exercise. The up and down part.
    D3✔️still hard
    D4✔️already get used to it
    D7✔️ still hard for me 😅
    Right arm = 23.1 cm
    Left arm = 22.6 cm
    Guess am gonna cont this till my country lift the mco thingy 😊

  8. I started 2 days ago I’ll actually update in a few days or so.
    Im skinny but during quarantine I attempted to gain weight and I did it but now I have to reduce it in the right places like my arms
