    Please find the workout details below.

    REPS BASED

    Front Squat – 15 reps > Single leg deadlift – 10 reps each leg > Alternate lunges – 20 reps > Glute bridges – 15 reps

    TIME BASED

    Front Squat – 50 secs > Single leg deadlift – 30 secs each leg > Alternate lunges – 50 secs > Glute bridges – 50 secs

    1 min rest in between each round, Repeat 3-4x
