Hey, I had this question in mind that what if for example for biceps day I do 2sets of 5min dumbbell workout and 2sets of dumbbell tabata workout …or should I go for 4sets of 5min dumbbell workout and then when next biceps day come so I do dumbbell tabata workout, because I am to both i.e. gaining muscles and aesthetic look..
While I was trying this, one of my friend found this stupid so I told him to give it a try, and at the end he was like what did you make me do?…
How do you feel about people doing 50-100 push ups per day? Is that over training even though the numbers aren't huge?
