  1. This one was perfect after a long day of homeoffice! I felt so gross after 10 hours sitting in front of my computer and had stone cold feet… Now they're warm again and I'm feeling so much better! Thank you! 🙂

  2. Loved it <3 Please do more workouts like this, it's in the midterm between normal and apartment friendly, so I had to do just little adaptations to do this in my bedroom (wearing socks instead of snickers) xD Thank you very much, your videos are really helping me during quarantine
