  2. You have seen that veganism would have meant COVID-19 wouldn't have actually occurred in the first place, because if the world was plant based there would be no wet food markets.

    This can be applied to many other viruses such as SARS, mad cow etc. It's not that crazy to suggest we wouldn't have this virus without killing animals.
    I don't think it was ever implied that it would cure the virus, but it would prevent outbreaks of viruses of the same family.

  5. Fill up empty bottles with water, put them in a backpack, put the backpack on your back or front – boom – front squats, back squats lol do some lunges – get creative!

  6. Easily one of the best home workout videos. none of the bullshit. Not stupid water bottle lateral raises. These are actual workouts that you can use to fucking build muscle. Honestly, think some of the ones released recently have been pretty disrespectful to a lot of people. Keep it up
