1. I love the barbell, but I no longer have a gym membership. I bought a pair of rings and used them for the first time this morning. I miss the simplicity of the barbell, but I love the variety of the rings.

  2. Thanks for the great video! I have followed those workout for a few times. It's really effective except that i feel some stress in my neck. Is that normal? if not, any tips to tackle the issue?
