  3. I’ve been fasting for 5 days (16:8). So far it’s been pretty easy. I told myself that I was only going to way myself once a month so I just been trying to just spot changes in my body for results. My stomach look less bloated and I’m starting to see my collarbone show through my chunkiness. That in itself is motivating me to keep going.

  4. I’ve been doing this for 2 months I’m down 48 pounds Keto and intermittent fasting I started off 16/8 for 5 weeks then 18/6 for 3 days then 20/4 for 2 weeks and some days and just moved back to 18/6 I think I like that more I fast from 6pm to 12pm this is a lifestyle for me now

  6. Yes 👍 I started with 10 hours in the beginning of my journey now 1 and a half years later… Now im 17hours… Perseverance is key 👌

  7. I love how you stay soo strong with keto and if. I’m doing so much better with if., even on bad days, I’m jut watching how many calories I consume and once I hit my number I don’t eat after that and that’s when fasting begins. Yesterday I did a 14hour fast broke it at like 9am then ate until 2 and reached my calories and now been fasting since 2pm yesterday and it’s 8am the next day so I’m really at 18 hours of fasting and I’m going to keep pushing. My tummy is kinda grumbling but I feel fine. (:

  8. Been Keto for 4 months. I lost 25 pounds and I’m maintaining. I’m pretty lean at 6’3 225-230lbs . I love it. Intermittent fasting definitely helps get into deeper ketosis

  9. I haven't officially started keto but I've been doing the 16/8 IF for awhile. I don't weigh myself but I can tell the difference in my clothing and family and friends keep saying they can see it. I drink more water when I think I'm hungry during my 16.

I was so happy to know more than 30 calories breaks the fast because that was seriously one question I had. Oh and about the vitamins. I can't even begin to say how helpful this video is.   13. It’s been a week today since I started and I dropped 6.8lbs. That gave me a boost even if it is water weight. I’m already way less bloated. Im in it to win it.
