  1. nagddiet at exercise naman na ako kya lang mnsan tlga hndi maiwasan na kmain ng whitebread..gnyan…chocolate..pero dhil napanood ko ito..I think..mas mgiging focus na ako sa diet..na inspired ako bongga😊😊😊♥️♥️

  2. CS din ako, kaka 1 y.o lang ng baby ko nung april.
    Normal weight ko 50-53 Kg
    Pregnancy wt : 68 Kg
    Now: 58 kg. Tas nag stuck na ko dito gusto ko ibalik sa 50 kg weight ko. Ang hirap mag no rice huhu

  4. Same po pla tayo, I do exercise after a year na ma CS. Naging motivation ko is yung mga comments sa FB na antaba ko raw😁 so I cut rice and do atleast mild exercise. Nagulat nalang kapitbahay namin dahil bakit daw bigla akong pumayat🤣

  5. Ang hirap nito sis kasi yung content namin is mukbang hehe. Food is life sissy. Pero ang laki ng ipinayat mo sissy. Sana ako rin hehe

  6. Omg congrats! Hopefully mareach ko din goal ko. Nag start ako mag diet 1st week of April with a starting weight of 65kg. And every week 1kg nababawas sakin kasi nag wwork out ako pero 1 month lang. pag pasok ng May, tinamad nako mag work out, tinry ko naman Intermittent Fasting (18:6) and same result 1kg a week with totally no rice since day 1. im currently 58kg (may 10) ❤️
