1. You start well with the all diets things and true you can lose weight or fat on lots of 'diets' however Matt you don't binge eat because you are in ketosis. Fat does not make you fat. I'll leave it there.

  2. dude , when you talk about ketosis you should know what the fuck you are talking about, I'm not against low fat high carb diets , I'm not but I've been doing keto – carnivore diet – and fasted for along time now , and I can guarantee you that it's pretty damn healthy. so instead of bashing other diets that you have no clue about , inform yourself and inform your audience about what you believe it's the right thing to do , with out talking shit about something you haven't tried or got an experience with.

  5. I just started high carbs but this is most definitely a life style! I love it I have so much energy. I no longer need coffee. My brain fog is gone and my sense of smell is stronger. But yes many woman say that about fruit. I love bananas and yes I eat 3 or 4 a day and I’m losing weight!

  6. I watched a previous video of yours where you talk about eating coconut oil to stop sugar cravings, can you explain where this fits in a high carb- low fat diet?

  7. I was told insulin is released into the blood and this keeps us from burning fat. Insulin spikes keep us fat. The body won't burn stored fat when it's running in sugar.
