Breastfeeding can give you large swings in electrolyte balance so make sure you get enough calories and nutrient dense foods. I would not do Keto because I have seen people go into ketoacidosis and require hospitalization. Remember – everything in moderation! We got this!!

  2. Oh my gosh! I’ve been trying to pump after almost every nursing session and have not been able to produce more than 1 oz during those sessions it’s so discouraging! It’s so tiring and now I’m thinking of adding a middle of the night session if my son doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night to increase milk supply.

  3. I’m breastfeeding 8 month old baby #4. My biggest problem is food addiction. Ugh! I’ve been doing IF with MyFitnessPal for 2 weeks now, and I’m down 6 pounds. It helps me limit food intake, so I will continue using both. It is extremely important to make sure you are consuming nutritious meals. You can get more food on your plate and remain within your calorie budget if you are eating healthy.

  7. I am 4 months postpartum with baby #2 and I am struggling. I have that ravenous appetite. I haven't lost any weight since 6 weeks postpartum. Unless I eat super healthy while breastfeeding, i don't loose weight. This pandemic isn't helping. Thanks for the motivation.

  8. I am 8 months PP and struggling with my eating habits! I have been working out consistently but definitely my eating is slowing my progress.
