    I'm in calories deficit mode and taking 800 calories..
    And I'm going in gym around one month…..
    So my question is that….. As I have little fat around my navel area…. But when I do too much workout I didn't feel any weakness……
    So I'm feeling like is it working or not…??

    Very good advice, but should I eat right after the fasted cardio? Also, could you please tell me that evening workout should be done after eating or prior earing.
