1. Advice for anybody reading the comments: don’t always go off of the scale because you can be losing body fat weight without actually losing weight. The number on the scale includes fat, water, muscle, organs, food, and bones and it cant tell the difference so you could be losing body fat and gaining muscle which can cause the number on the scale not to change. So If you notice that you’re losing weight, believe it. Don’t keep stepping on a scale for confirmation so you won’t get discouraged and start questioning where you going wrong or wonder why you even bother. DONT GIVE UP !

  5. one thing that helps me with the taste is take a small teaspoon of honey right after, not even a full one just a dip of it at the end of the spoon itll take that taste right away ( but dont if youre on keto )
