  12. idk if your gonna see this but i’m 195 i’ve been working out and i’m not eating junk food anymore which was basically all i ate and well im a picky eater who doesn’t like vegetables and i only like grapes and apples so i know what to for working out and stuff i have a plan i just don’t know how to do my diet bc i haven’t been eating really anything except 2 times a day lunch and then dinner and i feel sick and hungry but i don’t eat i just feel like i can eat even more healthier i just don’t know what to eat and how to do it can you give me advice for my food diet.. or anybody in the comments that’s reading this can give me some tips thanks 👍🏼
