  1. You stole Dr.Berg's hard work and don't even have the decency to give him the credit that is due. Money hungry plagiarizers !

  2. I exercise in the morning and bike in the afternoon. I dnt mostly eat if im really hungry i eat a little , no carbo less sugar or every other day i water fast. I just lose 5kl on the first 1 week. After that , nothing happened Its almost end of the month i didnt lose anymore

  3. Yes, you can. However, I read that some of the "healthy foods" you're eating every day are making your fat cells sick, and making it impossible to lose weight. What do you think about this https://bit. ly/2TpF6Nr

  4. Very interesting perspective. However, I think in the end it all comes down to the foods we choose, and when we eat them. For instance, sugar is only stored as fat if you cannot burn it off. Sugar is usually stored as glycogen in your muscles and fat is stored in your fat cells. So if you remove the fat from your diet, you'll burn the sugar as energy. It's a simple equation. As McDougall said: The fat you eat is the fat you wear. Some "food" for thought…

  5. Hello Dr. Oz , I have a question to ask. What if you are a combination of sugar & stress type ? Is that possible because I do have a sweet tooth and i do get stressed out a lot ? What can i do to reverse this ???

  6. Make use of google to learn about this diet guide “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it). I actually have dropped roughly 12lbs immediately after making use of it for three weeks, in spite of not improving a lot along with my diet or even exercise. I`m really looking forward to it. I believe it has driven me and also inspired me. .

  7. Guys. lost a ton of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood right now and so I will share the wealth lol.

  8. Oz, you and your whole team practically stole Dr. Berg’s work. At least give him credit for it. What you did to him was very disappointing.
